Consulting Services for the telecommunications sector. Logtel’s Services
programmes are delivered worldwide, and used extensively as part of the

Telecom training on behalf of Logtel in its region, covering Indonesia,
Malaysia, Philippines Sri Lanka, The Maldives and the neighboring countries.
PLC2 in Germany and Logtel have established a company named PLC2-Logtel to
deliver Telecom training to Central Europe, Torque-technologies in Lagos
(NIGERIA), UCL in Mauritius is Logtel’s partner for Southern Africa countries.

Logtel
participates in International Telecom projects, whereas its strength may be
expressed in wide knowledge of all the aspects of Telecom, specifically in New
Generation Networks (NGN). Recently, Logtel has completed a full path of
Consultative Services to Telikom Papua New Guinea for NGN. It was aimed at
increasing Telikoms Average Revenue per User (ARPU) by providing advanced value
added services in addition to plain old telephony services (voice).

- During June 2007, Dr. Jacques Bensimon has lectured in front of an e-Gov forum.
