Dr. Jacques Bensimon established Logtel in Israel in 1984. Since then, the
company has specialized in providing training, consulting, software development
and information services and in organizing congresses and exhibitions.
Dr. Jacques Bensimon, President and Founder of Logtel Computer Communications,
has worked in the Data Communications field since 1973, being one of the early
developers of the X.25 and OSI standards. As the head of the Telecommunications
R&D Department at Telesystems, a subsidiary of France Telecom, he managed
national and international projects in the field of data communications networks
and is regarded highly as a consultant and seminar presenter throughout the
world.
Jacques has lectured at The Telecommunications Institute in Paris as well as
Ben-Gurion University in Israel. Presently he is lecturing at Bar-Ilan
University and heads the Department of Telecommunications studies in the
Jerusalem College of Technology, Israel.
Jacques is an active editorial board member of the famous "International Journal
of Network Management ".
Jacques was nominated in the famous WHO's WHO.
Since 1984 Logtel has become the accepted knowledge source for the telecom
community worldwide. Dr. Jacques Bensimon is still dominant in the role of
President and CEO of the Group. |

Asher Rubin joined Logtel in 2003 to promote international business.
Asher has been in Hi Tech for 30 years and joined Logtel after looking for a
suitable area of technology made to last and promising growth. Since Asher has
known Logtel from its inception and has always valued its high level of
expertise and customer appreciation, joining Logtell assured Asher of an
innovative and growth environment.
Being in charge of International Business Development, Asher is confident that
Logtel will contribute to any Telecommunications setting.
Before joining Logtel, Asher worked for 22 years in Israel for the international
computer company Burroughs/Unisys. There Asher had been involved in product
management, adapting new products to the local market, product support and
training.
When Oracle opened its Israeli subsidiary, Asher joined as Manager of the Oracle
University LOB. He set up the educational infrastructure and was responsible for
training and educating Oracle's customers to the highest level. In his position
at Oracle, Asher was assisted by professionals from India. He was particularly
impressed by the highly skilled and knowledgeable lecturers that contributed to
the success of the local ERP/CRM projects.

Hava Polnauer is in charge of Sales and Marketing. She is responsible for the
marketing personnel, including customer service as an intrinsic constituent.
At Logtel, Hava has developed, as a marketing philosophy, a strategy that
integrates sales, marketing and customer service under a unified umbrella with a
banner saying: “The customer is the focal point of the whole Company”.
Hava received her BsC. in Computer Science from the well-known Jerusalem
College. She has also attended numerous courses in Telecommunications, an area
in which she has a great deal of experience, specifically in Marketing Telecom
Training and projects targeted at High Tech companies and Startups.
